Here’s a sneak peek of the latest Book of Shadows Eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay. The Vol. III edition.is inspired by New York City, its diversity, and everything we love up about The City. I loved the Book of Shawdows Volume II inspired by Alice in Wonderland movie so when I found out about volume III, I was over the moon. lol
